    Fender Straplock W/Button

    • However I've since started standing to play and decided I needed some secure straps.
    • Just tried fitting Fender-equipped strap on to Schaller-equipped guitar as well as Schaller-equipped strap onto a Fender-equipped guitar
    • I'd recommend these to anyone that uses a strap and actually likes their guitars
    • Tested by the guitar mags to be the best strap lock available.
    • These are great strap locks
    • I have no clue how to get this off without sawing the strap nut off the guitar -- WAY BAD.
    • Great Strap Locks
    • Thought these were the ticket for easy, secure strap changes between my basses, but after one failed, I cannot recommend these.
    • No special strap buttons, no metal on the ends of my straps to ding and scratch my basses, no squeaking of metal on metal and no hardware failure modes to screw with.
    • Pull button action to remove strap from instrument, easy.
    • These are great strap locks
    • And since the guitar isn't hanging by the hole in the strap the strap lasts years longer.
    • No more strap falling off
    • BTW, I've been playing for over 30 years, and am very mechanically inclined, so this isn't "stupid user error."The straplock hardware very quickly works itself loose such that the "lock" part spins around opposite of how it should be, making it actually *easier* for the strap to come loose (you can see this potential in the two larger pieces in the photo...being U-shaped means that if it spins, it will come loose). There is "lock" pin that's supposed to be a failsafe for when (not "if"...when) this happens.
    • I could never have this experience when I couldn't trust my strap buttons!I recommend using a dab of blue "
    • way cool, no worries except one of the strap release buttons fell off, I leave the strap on my strat anyway...fkn amazon.
    • On the other hand I do not have to worry about my strap stretching out and falling off
    • You're better off with nothing, or just some of those cheap plastic strap locks.
    • Your strap would have to break, or your buttons would have to fall out in order to drop your guitar
    • Great strap locks
    • Great strap locks, would be nicer if threads were taller on the strap piece
    • I thought these Fender strap locks would complement the strap, but because of the padding the thread on the strap-lock wasn't high enough for the nut to reach
    • Never have a strap come loose while playing again
    • Strap locks worked perfect on my 93 Fender American Standard Stratocaster
    • These are nice enough...came with my Tele Elite, but all manufacturers of these things need to realize that some of us want to use decent quality leather straps (or straps with leather ends thicker than a credit card.
    • At their worst, they'll betray the trust you place in them and actually CAUSE your guitar to fall off your strap
    • Works as it should now.
    • Worked as they should like them better then the dunlop strap locks.
    • 1 out of 6 locks worked the others would not go togather to lock very bad made all the money I paid for these 3 sets was lost as they are no good to use
