the variety in strength of pull is great as you can use stronger ones as your therapy gains strength

You have to double or triple them to feel like you're getting a good workout.

I got the berry color pack and they are really cute and help lead to a good workout

but if you are looking for a hard workout-

I agree with the other reviews, between the toxic smell that doesn’t go away even after washing, and the most annoying being that they roll during every workout

These bands are great, very strong but the smell is awful

These smelled so bad like mildew I could not use them

but THEY HAVE A HORRIBLE SMELL.
