The strength of these weren't so great as well

I liked the different strengths each band is.

I liked all the bright colors and how many different strengths they came in so I can start with a light one and work my way up to the stronger ones.

I like the variety of colors and the indicatorsof strength of elasticity (light, medium &strong); the small bag that comes with themto keep handy.

I am using it to gain strength and tone muscles.

The range of motion isn’t the greatest using the medium strength one it often slips when doing leg work outs
