As a consequence, the screen is cracked, Fitbit claims it's not their fault despite the strap not working

I've never tried an Apple watch, but Fitbit unfortunately is very inaccurate for day-to-day measurements of heart rate and steps

My last Fitbit finally stopped working

Bluetooth connection tends to drop in sleep mode if you take the watch off (inconsistent)Fitbit support isn't like it used to be even 5 years ago when, if you had an issue with the device in many cases they would just send you an exact replacement free of any charge.
