Despite having nice sleep tracking features this watch and the customer service are terrible

Have had this watch for a while now and really love the detailed sleep tracking

The Fitbit Sense is buggy, loses track of installed apps and watch faces, uses too much power, bogs down my phone

Love sleep tracking since my schedule isn't always consistent

I need help getting it back on track often hard to reach the help I need.

Even though I liked the look of sense model and its functionality, I had to return it, I will stick to my current versa 2 for now

Does not track sleep cycles consistently - it randomly provides "simplified" results 2-3 times a week, the GPS feature never worked, and the ECG feature is worthless.

The sense is horrible at counting floors and is always off.

I love my fitbit sense, the only issue is with the app being compatible with my phone

The Sense regularly misreads how much elevation I've gained "flights" or "floors"

I owned the Fitbit Versa and thought I'd love the Sense

Alternatively, I moved on to the Fitbit Sense and its worked spectacularly!

The exposed pins scratch the bottom stainless steel of the watch as well, almost as if the company is maliciously attempting to create cosmetic flaws to deter you from reselling as you'd sell it at a lower price, and that's just simply bad for business

The heart rate monitoring during exercise of this multi-sensor watch is disappointing, especially considering the "fit" in Fitbit would make you think performance during exercise is a core function that would be best in class.

The screen cracked after falling off my night stand to the ground

I dropped my watch on my wood floor and the screen cracked

so I only had it 2 months to the day when it fell off my lap while putting on lotion and the screen cracked

Also I had a problem with it charging from the day I got it

For one (according to the person I talked to from FitBit support), the current firmware version does not support fast charge.

Just spend $20 for another charging cable "Fitbit" it works

The biggest annoyances right now are the slow charging and the SPO2 not working

And have discovered a design flaw with trying to charge it, the charger connects to the unit but charging is hit or miss, and this is so frustrating

It looses connections with my phone sometimes but not that big of an issue

The good news is the sync problems seem to be fixed; the first day I had it, the Sense lost connection to my phone once, but after that the syncing has been rock-solid.

Guess I need to find a watch with better customer support.

No support and screen cracks easily

Bluetooth connection tends to drop in sleep mode if you take the watch off (inconsistent)Fitbit support isn't like it used to be even 5 years ago when, if you had an issue with the device in many cases they would just send you an exact replacement free of any charge.

I have had my fitbit sense for a while now and have found there is more problems with it than it's worth

Poor customer service from Fit Bit and problems with the watch itself.

(Fossil brand is useless)Only problem he can't reply to texts or talk on phone with it.

In the Fitbit app, it gives us the option to re-install them, but only after showing a screen saying that there is no internet access (this house has almost a dozen other wireless devices that do not suffer this problem).We will be returning this cursed thing at the earliest opportunity.0/5, would not recommend.
