Guess I need to find a watch with better customer support.

Bluetooth connection tends to drop in sleep mode if you take the watch off (inconsistent)Fitbit support isn't like it used to be even 5 years ago when, if you had an issue with the device in many cases they would just send you an exact replacement free of any charge.

No support and screen cracks easily
