Fitbit Versa 3 stopped working 3 weeks after I purchased it

n’t like to complain, my reason for writing this is because I really hope Fitbit fixes this problem with their future watches as I really love their app and have gotten used to using it.

My suspicion is that it's because the sensor is having trouble keeping a lock on the heart rate which is evidenced by the fact that it is constantly locking the watch, requiring me to put in my PIN to use any of the other features, because it thinks I've taken the watch off, despite it being securely attached with a much nicer leather band

But somehow it knew I burned exactly 1349 calories every day for a week

But when I set it up via app, it had already said I burned 800 calories

He said he will process the refund and asked if I wanted the replacement since I purchased the extended warranty, so I explained that at this point, I really lost faith in the device and setting it up from the beginning was difficult, so no and asked for a full refund for the warranty as well since this is not my fault
