I don't know how they are so popular considering the number of negative reviews with almost everyone complaining about the same problems, the very poor customer support & warranties that expire one day before the device stops working

Great little device

The device is terrible for this use case

The device is not perfect but the first one that achieves all of the marks for smart watch.

This has been a great device!The side "button" is a bit finicky, but over time I've learned how and where to press to get the best results

As much as I want to like this device, it is as if FitBit has gone to extremes to make this a challenge

As a fitness tracker, the device is reasonable, as a sleep tracker, I would give it 1 star

I loved this device when I first got it in June but by the end of July it malfunctioned

Absolutely the least user friendly device I've ever owned.

They say the device is working fine since it tracked my sleep for the last 3 days- how the heck can it do that when its been dead, sitting on my nightstand for two nights?!?!?

But if you don't mind that a reasonable device.

I am thoroughly disappointed and the only reason why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the sleep tracking, phone calls, assistant, etc are all spot on, however I bought a fitness watch for fitness tracking above all else and this device is worthless in that aspect

I used this watch for a bit, but after riding my scooter, this device is now useless
