Poor customer service from Fit Bit and problems with the watch itself.

I don’t like the problem I encounter with the software updates.

I have had my fitbit sense for a while now and have found there is more problems with it than it's worth

The problem is Fitbit considers it working if a reset works, but if it stops in the middle of my workouts each day, misses a lot of workouts, and then I have to do a reset every day, that is not useful at all to me

In the Fitbit app, it gives us the option to re-install them, but only after showing a screen saying that there is no internet access (this house has almost a dozen other wireless devices that do not suffer this problem).We will be returning this cursed thing at the earliest opportunity.0/5, would not recommend.

(Fossil brand is useless)Only problem he can't reply to texts or talk on phone with it.

This is a known issue yet its still a problem
