I wish it had a better battery life, but I still wear it to this day

I was getting good battery life initially but after around 18 months (during which I bought the blaze and using the blaze as my primary active watch while Surge was used only while the Blaze was charging

I still think they should make their devices so that the most vulnerable components (battery and band) can be easily replaced by the customer.

It seems that they use a poor quality battery in Surge

Works well and has good battery life (around 2 days)

A couple of weeks ago as well, the battery stopped charging completely

The Fitbit customer service agent was very eager to say that the battery is bad and that I should go for a new watch pushing to invest another $200+ on their product

I live that the gps is built in so long runs with music on your phone aren't draining the battery to also use

All the re-syncs, re-boots, changing clock face, and run the battery dead "fixes" did not work.

GPS use drains your battery very quickly, but that's normal with any watch.
