You'd think a top of the line watch used to exercise would hold up longer than 4 months

2nd Fitbit Surge, First lasted 9 months, band broke.

On the wrist side (inside) of the band at the screws the band eventually (over 6 months or so) broke away

The last one made it about 3 months before falling apart

However, about 7 months into the new unit, the replacement started to fall apart as well.

The vendor - Click & Save - stuck to their one month refund policy.

5 months of wear seems like a short life for a "fitness" watch.

The design is bulky and less than 6 months the connection to charge is constantly failing

My first band broke 6 months in...then a year later, my second one broke, the band and the watch

I have had 2 over 18 months and both have broken!Go
