This is a problematic product.

It keeps saying I know our product shouldn't perform like that, but the best I can do is a 25% discount

Fitbit no longer supports replacing products as it is an old device.

They don't support their product except to say read the manual

But that aside, it's been a good product.

It isn't a perfect product but in general it does what I want it to do; I use it primarily for running and lifting workouts

this product is great for the year it is under warranty and can be replaced multiple times but not worth the price for all the issuesFyi, the discoloration on the bottom was an unsuccessful attempt to glue it down after this one started bubbling.

I am very unhappy that this product had so many glitches the tech guy at staples could not fix it.

I think it is completely unacceptable for a company to not support its product and offer a replacement on an item like this.

If anything I would say that sweat resistance should be a lifetime warranty deal, but I supposed when that is expected to break the product, it wouldn't be wise for the manufacturer to go past the year

I dare say the QA/QC process at FitBit is lacking and that they need an overhaul in the company downstream management with a focus on not improving the bottom-line for their lackluster stock performance but more importantly coming out with a reliable product so that the stock performance then matches the characteristics of the products they sell
