The watch was great for about 15 months, then the screen showed a small crack, it appeared there was moisture inside, then the screen cracked in a crystallized pattern.

But, I ended up having to send my replacement bands back since the watch was no longer allowing me to swipe screens without the hard reset

The first Surge I got had a bad screen right out of the box

It's very easy to swipe the screen and check on progress and you get a nice little wrist buzz when you hit your goal

one year into it, i tried to upgrade the firmware and the screen went blank and the upgrade failed

I used the Qibox screen protector to protect the Surge screen and it worked
