Fitbit Surge Fitness Superwatch, Black, Small (US Version)

    • This watch is defective
    • (Thanks, China!).In Summary, other than the device having a case of hydrophobia and the bands being mediocre, it's a great watch.
    • Having said that, the watch was great though a bit bulky
    • I also said "This is an expensive watch for having band issues in less than a year
    • but I would not recommend this watch.
    • Love the watch, wear it every day and the band is in perfect shape!!
    • I love the watch.... however, it is not at all
    • However the downside is it has an appalling watch strap which cracks and eventually breaks off leaving you with a watch that
    • The watch itself is nice, but the band is terrible
    • I also wanted a fitness and running aide and this watch is amazing
    • I am down rating it to two for what I perceive to be poor quality for such an expensive watch.
    • Most expensive and the best watch I have ever had
    • It held up for a while until the watch stopped working only five months after it was purchased
    • Once you determine your goal of the day (say 10,000 steps a day) when the watch detects your goal achievement, it beeps and displays the achievement on the screen (10,000 steps
    • A very robust and reliable fitness watch
    • I had considered upgrading to a better watch (Garmin) but at the time was past my 30day return and decided to keep it
    • Upon receiving my new replacement Surge - the brand new watch has a defect and will not go to the home screen.
    • Even if you trust them (hahaha) good luck using your phone if Fitbit ever gets hacked.without syncing the watch is useless
    • Loved this watch at first..but started falling apart after 1.5 years...should get much more time from a $200 watch
    • The watch itself is very good, it measures what you want it to measure and the battery life is good
    • It is notable on their forum that many watches have failed like this, they also now appear to be discontinued as they are clearly not fit for purpose and Fitbit themselves suggested I buy their new replacement model that has a replaceable strap
    • The watch was great for the first 5-6 months.
    • Working on how to maximize the many uses of the awesome watch
    • awesome watch
    • The worst value smart watch should be the Fitbit Surge
    • I've had my Fitbit surge super watch since 2015 it never stays linked to my phone it track my sleep one time in two years went through two of them going to buy a new tracker but definitely staying away from Fitbit
    • When I bought I was looking for a durable watch with higher quality
    • Too bad, I liked the watch
    • so if that bothers you I wouldn’t get this watch
    • I grabbed it out of the water within seconds, but the watch went completely kaput....trashed.....worthless
    • The anti-dust plugs help in preventing sweat from going into the metal points that the Fitbit Surge connector attaches to the smart watch itself
    • BUT the watch has completely fallen apart after only about 6 months of use
    • The fitbit surge fitness superwatch is a very good watch.
    • I have a bulky watch with poor battery life now.b.)
    • For buying yet another watch destined to fail
    • this watch is very useful.
    • So a rundown of the three I've owned; first watch had difficulty connecting to charger and developed condensation behind the screen, second watch the band came apart from the watch face and third does not stay charged for more than two
    • This watch is good from new, but since owning mine - about 1 year - the touch screen has failed, and now the green lights have failed too
    • It's a great fitness watch, the only problem is, if you have it for any length of time the band starts to crack or separates all together from the watch.
    • Loved the watch though.
    • Not too keen on fact that strap cannot be replaced - this one-piece design is in my opinion a major drawback (and I would be dubious about other Fitbit products on the back of this).Overall a nice fitness watch and if it's available for a reasonable price is well worth considering
    • I did a lot of research on smart watches before I concluded the Fitbit Surge was what I wanted
    • This is a great watch - not too big or small.
    • This is just a terrible watch
    • Their customer service was good as they did replace it twice, but as much as I enjoyed the watch I can’t fathom buying another new one at full price knowing it will fall apart.
    • The amount of money I spent on this watch the band should not be so cheap I will purchase a different watch when this finally breaks.
    • It can be a bit annoying if you are used to it as in the dark without light, the watch becomes useless for instant checking of stats until you get to a lighted place
    • This was a fine watch until the band broke
    • I used to really like this watch when I first got it
    • In general I love this watch and its features (GPS tracking, heart rate, + standard Fitbit functionality)
    • Great Watch
    • A few weeks later the watch refused to sync, and within a week from that it died completely
    • Just get a smart watch
    • This watch is good from new, but since owning mine - about 1 year - the touch screen has failed, and now the green lights have failed too
    • Good Watch, bad band!
    • The watch was not dropped, knocked, drowned or underwent any outside impact.
    • Fitbit will replace the watch for you with the same terrible watch that will do the same thing in less than two months
    • I love this watch!
    • both the watch and the band produce skin allergies after wearing a few days
    • This watch is a waste of money
    • It still 'works' as a regular watch but doesn't synchronize with the app on the phone via Bluetooth, thus making it 'useless' as a smart watch in terms of viewing your stats
    • This watch is not worth your consideration
    • Great fitness watch, but the band will eventually fall off like mine did
    • Loved this watch at first..but started falling apart after 1.5 years...should get much more time from a $200 watch
    • To date, Fit Bit and Amazon have been very good about replacing it, and I have no doubt they may make the same offer, however, three watches, three times it has come apart at the same point, where the band meets the watch face
    • It does the job, but at this price point, I think it should look more like a fashionable watch since you are wearing it nearly 24/7
    • Often the charge in the battery was weak to the point that by early in the evening of the same day, say 8pm, the whole watch would go dead, often away from home where I could not charge the phone with the Surge’s recharging dongle
    • Most expensive and the best watch I have ever had
    • Neither watch was ever abused or submerged, just worn normally.
    • Other than this not so minor issue, it is a great watch, great functionality, does everything I want it to do.
    • I have only given 3 stars as the strap cannot be replaced, which is frustrating for such an expensive watch.
    • While the watch itself is nice looking and promises a lot, I feel it failed to deliver.
    • a fine watch...better than its predecessor.
    • Do you think I'm dumb enough to buy another one of these horrible watches, at this price point, knowing how low the quality is
    • Quite bulky as a watch but easier to run with than my
    • Since I've had the watch replaced on warranty because the strap separated from the body, and now the replacement watch is doing the exact same thing some months later (but beyond 365 days from original purchase), I'm now stuck with having to buy another smart watch
    • Great watch, use it all the time
    • Other than the band breaking, the watch has been satisfactory.
    • I wouldn't recommend this watch for any serious athlete
    • This watch is surprisingly terrible for someone with an active lifestyle even though they preach that it is for people with active lifestyles
    • It's a great fitness watch with lots of functions the app is really good too
    • I loved this watch when it worked, but the first one died at 13 months
    • Not a bad watch
    • The watch is comfortable on my wrist although a little awkward because of shape to wear under long sleeves
    • When they sent me the new watch, and that broke within 3 months, they offered me 30% off a new watch
    • Since the watch is comfortable enough to wear all day (and night, if you wish), you get a great picture of your activity and heart rate in all parts of your daily routine
    • Only reason for 4* not 5* is that it isn't perhaps the best sports watch
    • I enjoyed this watch while it lasted
    • The watch is good, the battery life is so-so.
    • The watch was great for about 15 months, then the screen showed a small crack, it appeared there was moisture inside, then the screen cracked in a crystallized pattern.
    • While the display contrast is not so great in Daylight it did do it's job of counting steps well and looking good as a watch
    • The watch is great with great features
    • The watch is comfortable on my wrist although a little awkward because of shape to wear under long sleeves
    • I grabbed it out of the water within seconds, but the watch went completely kaput....trashed.....worthless
    • Love this watch
    • I loved this watch when it worked, but the first one died at 13 months
    • The second watch's wristband lasted about 20 months but this time the warranty had expired so they will not replace the wristband or the watch.
    • Horrible that they won't at least upgrade your watch to maybe get a better product
    • I've owned).TL;DRGrab a better watch, a Garmin, Sparta, or nearly anything else
    • The watch strap and design is not fit for purpose for what purports to be a "Fitness Super Watch"
    • It almost feels like I got a refurbished watch.
    • This watch falls apart on the front of the band
    • However for being the most expensive watch in their line up the band does not last long and you can not replace them
    • Great watch, pretty decent battery life
    • I like the watch
    • I purchased this watch a little over a year ago and it has completely fallen apart!
    • but I can't say I would recommend this watch to anyone
    • Quite bulky as a watch but easier to run with than my
    • I purchased this watch in may and the wristband cracked this week
    • This watch broke within 6 months
    • The FitBit Surge works as it should
