My chair wheels do not sink in and the roll is always smooth

I have it on berber carpet (carpet pad underneath the berber as well) and my chair rolls effortlessly around on it.

This Matt arrives rolled and stays roll it will not lay back out flat part of the teeth on the back of it are broken I believe it is not a good value for the
