FYI...this was purchased for a Samsung J1 phone with a rubber protective cover on it.

The Samsung S8 cover was purchased to put my phone into with a protective cover on the phone and it fits perfectly.

+ with protective cover fits snug, but seems to be fine.

The holder is great for my phone Samsung 9 plus firs great and it will be very durable where as other cases have not proved to be.

This holder works better for me than others that were far more expensive

Strong belt loop, snug fit on my S8+ with spigen gun metal black case.

I like the loop because I know the case can't fall off.

I just wish they had a better loop for the stylus and a slot for an SD card.

Great product, just had to tweak the metal clip a bit to tighten it up

A simple fix would be 3M Velcro Sticky pads.

In fact, the Velcro is stronger than the friction provided by the metal belt clip, so for a few days I was pulling the entire holster off my pants every time I tried to open it.

I just had a thin cover, no problem good belt holder a strong velcro

The metal clip and strong Velcro closure gives me confidence that my phone is secure.

The flap has a lot of strong velcro, so I would expect it would do a great job keeping the phone secure (although you get that loud velcro ripping sound when you do take it out)

This is a very durable holster and fits my S8+ very well

I work in a kitchen, bumps, scrapes, grease, flour, etc, this is the toughest and most protective holster

I personally don't trust the metal clips for secure attachment to my belt

This is a more durable clip than the Nite Ize, but the plastic clip on the Nite Ize has a barb on it that keeps it attached to the things you want it attached to.

This carrier has a clip, but my husband prefers to use the belt loops

The "V" clip is convenient and easy to fasten, however with active movements, the case easily comes off of the belt too

Too bad the clip was riveted into the case, otherwise I would've simply unscrewed it and screwed it back in at a higher position.

A simple fix would be 3M Velcro Sticky pads.

It's very well made with a tough material and plenty of Velcro on the flap
