It has a durable belt clip & also the velcro on the closure is very strong.
The clip part doesn't clamp down very tightly, and the Velcro for the pouch is like octopus suction material, so I often up end accidentally just pulling the clip off entirely while trying to open the pouch to get to my pump

I purchased another Amazon.com product that came up when searching for G5 cases, but that one was poor quality with a lot of loose threads and had excessive space.
This case has very good quality and works perfectly for my Dexcom G5 receiver.
This case for my pump is a perfect fit and very good quality.

Just started using the new Medtronic 670G pump and did not like the clip they provided
yes, it's bulkier than the plastic clip but it protects the pump, the pump is easy to get to, it fits securely and it's even cheaper than the Medtronic belt clip!
It also protects the pump much more than the old clips that I used to use
Fits perfectly, and protects my pump much better than a plastic clip that's three times more expensive.

He kept breaking the plastic clips he got from the pump company and we got tired of replacing them
One has to get used to removing the pump from the case to hit the buttons but that's not a deal breaker as the clip is more durable than the OEM ones which kept breaking
The clip is very sturdy and works great and the case is durable
My pump fits in the pouch well, but I need a stronger 'belt clip'.
