I have had it for about 3 months and the only thing that is negative about it, is that is has started to rust a little bit
-
It hurts my wrist a bit
-
It takes a bit of extra time to make, but worth it for that delicious cup of coffee or tea
-
it's a bit hard to get off with just whipping away with a damp paper towel
-
Filters are a bit harder to clean but after a time or two gets a bit easier
-
Cleaning is a bit tedious as with most French presses
-
The vitamix really pulverizes and blends the nuts which makes filtering it a bit tough
-
Actually, the horizontal bars holding the tube handle to the coffee press are a bit sharp, too, but not not so dangerous as the uncovered vertical one.
-
I was a bit hesitant to make this purchase given some of the reviews that mentioned sharp edges, but I took a chance, and I am glad I did
-
Can be a bit tricky to get the glass out of the stainless steel holder
-
Filters are a bit harder to clean but after a time or two gets a bit easier
-
Everything has a nice bit of heft to it
-
so it wobbles a bit.
-
Cleaning the grinds is a bit of a pain, but pretty easy to use overall
-
French press won my battle of the coffee against my perk pot .....worth the little bit of extra time to make
-
It leaks a bit when pouring.
-
Though it is a little bit hard to pull initially, glass does come off of the metal frame
-
this only leaks a bit of a cloudy, smooth texture, rather than the chunks.
-
I like the french press quite a bit,
-
there is a chip in it, so it leaks a bit
-
It just wobbled on the desk a bit.
-
Some of the edges are a bit sharp on the metal holder / handle, but this is a non- issue.
-
Must use course ground coffee, a bit difficult to remove the glass carafe from the holder, but it certainly is a treat to drink coffee from the press!
-
One qualm, the glass beaker can be a bit difficult to separate from the metal handle portion, so it can be a bit tricky to clean
-
Good product, but not as durable as I obviously need.
-
There is an awful lot of filtering stuff going on, but the coffee produced is, nonetheless, still just as muddy as I like french press coffee to be
-
I can’t be bothered to send back, just pour our crooked!I like a French press but they aren’t easy to clean, grounds always stay behind
-
n’t appear so dirty after washing
-
n’t use it a ton, but for someone who plans to use this daily or even 3 times a week, I’d recommend buying something nicer.
-
n’t need a second straining.
-
n’t beat a lifetime guarantee!!
