Was great until the glass broke

The glass broke and on top of that, not my favorite experience with Upper Echelon Products LLC (the merchant)

Arrived with glass broken.

Two months in and the glass broke

If your glass breaks, they will replace it (the entire thing) for free

I knocked my carafe off the counter and the glass broke

Have always used the bodum, When the glass broke, I discovered I could get this whole press for a just a bit more than a replacement glass, so I decided to try it

and I’m afraid any more effort to separate would result in the glass breaking

and I didn't use the handle to pick it up and the glass broke.

It was working very well until the glass broke when I was pressing my milk

Your French press was the best coffee l have had in a long time

I absolutely love the steel base as it helps keep coffee warmer than I expected

The company is wonderful also, they sent an email before this arrived as well as after it was delivered!!!

It is difficult to clean as you need to take the glass cylinder out of a stainless steel holder
