My issue with past French presses have been that the glass cracks

I got only 3 or 4 uses out of it before the glass cracked

Had this product for less than 2 months and the glass cracked

I initially purchased this because it's advertised as heat resistant, but the glass cracked after only a few uses (<10 times) and now it's unusable.

the best part is the glass cracked and

I used it like this and it started leaking, I guess the glass cracked when it expanded against the metal.

Used 3 times before bottom of glass crack, assuming from the hot water as I have yet to remove the glass from stainless steel housing

The product is very pretty and stylish... and the coffee came out great...but within a week of using the product - the inside glass cracked and coffee seeped out everywhere.

Your French press was the best coffee l have had in a long time

I absolutely love the steel base as it helps keep coffee warmer than I expected

The company is wonderful also, they sent an email before this arrived as well as after it was delivered!!!
