This product claims to have a "Loud" feature but the sound is medium at best.

The battery life has continued to completely destroy all other battery lives at the price point and size, the weather-proofing is always a great feature because I'm able to take it to the beach, park, shower, etc

While the battery life is not rated as high, it is more than enough for a full day's listening; just as rugged; sounds just as good; is just as portable; but gets far, far louder, and also has a cool feature where you can connect two phones simultaneously, or pair two if you want to really rock the party

UE BoomThe UE Boom is quite neutral sounding and probably has the best features of the 4 speakers mentioned here

I was looking at the UE boom, which in itself is not a bad speaker and has some great features such as the software equaliser, the ability to use in stereo, the built in tripod mount and its very stylish looks.

My wife has a Bose SoundLink Mini which is also pretty good, though I think the Fugoo puts out a bit more volume, the Bose has a more refined look and a charging pad which is a nice feature, though again, I prefer the unusual look of the Fugoo

It's small size, long battery life and protective functional features make this speaker exactly what we were looking for!

Braven is very good, more features and louder.

if your looking for a portable bluetooth speaker that's bulletproof, and has excellent features, than I would get the fugoo, but if your looking for volume,bass & sound quality, you might wanna think about getting maybe tdk a33 or the new a34.
