It's a bit smaller storage wise than the collapsed shelf it replaces, but it is doing the trick

This RTA bookcase worked extremely well in our music room...great open storage!

but it holds up well to use and is good to tuck into forgotten corners and add good storage.

Of course, the quality is inferior: wood is too soft, can break as you put screws in in the pre-drilled holes, but the structure does hold up, so you get what you pay for.
