And there is a loud whistle feedback when handset was set next to phone, but really not a big deal ( well at least not to my 83-year-old mother who is hard of hearing, but on my end not so great

the concept is great but only one phone works properly, the other has a shrill feedback when the receiver is near the ear.

The big draw back is that the feedback on the phone is awful.

It also has a 911 button... and that works well too as we have used it

You do have to enter those numbers quickly, though, so have them handy and punch them in as fast as you can without messing up!We haven't used it to make any calls overseas yet, but it worked fine for calling in the U.S., so I think it will be OK for the international calls as well.
