The phone was easy for me to program, very easy for her to use

I loved the idea of this for my 86 year old father, but it is difficult to program and the sound is poor

It also has a 911 button... and that works well too as we have used it

You do have to enter those numbers quickly, though, so have them handy and punch them in as fast as you can without messing up!We haven't used it to make any calls overseas yet, but it worked fine for calling in the U.S., so I think it will be OK for the international calls as well.
