She had a very hard time dialing the phone so my wife seen this photo phone

Very good item for someone that has a hard time seeing.

She was having a terrible time calling family and this phone is the answer to all of our prayers!!

A little time consuming and frustrating to program, but results worth it!

Does not work ,had a humming noise every time my mother use it

Phone is perfect for my mom, but it has a lot of static in it and we have a hard time hearing her

but it takes some individual time to get where you want...disable the 911 feature is a must for dementia/alz patients...

Having a difficult time finding anyone that prints picture the size the phone takes.

These took a little time to size for the phone buttons, but worked out well

Ordered three different times and all failed within a few months

no dial tone & dialing is almost impossible because you have to press each number several times and you have to press down real hard

Both times the volume control was defective and did not work.
