As a sports fanatic (very high handicap golfer!) that loves wearable tech and uses Strava regularly (running/cycling) this Game Golf device adds to the sporting experience and will change how I think about improving my game over the next few years

That being said, this is a great idea for tech savvy golfers, high school and college golf clubs and teams, golfers with patient understanding spouses, or those who are willing to learn something new to add to their golfing experience

It is not going to make you a scratch golfer, but it will make you the best tracked golfer in your group

And what golfer isn't a data lover?

I have greater precision in knowing how far I will hit each club, but I am not sure that has translated into actually making me a better golfer.

and I found that looking at the data helped me relive the crappy round I just shot, so for a better golfer I think this would be even better as you can relive your incredible shots
