and I'm hoping that Game Golf implements many of them (the ability to record course conditions, wind speed, temperature, course rating and slope, ball used etc; a place for general notes on your rounds, joining rounds and lots of other great ideas)

Great idea and product.

Tracking each club seemed a good idea, but I use my 8 iron for chipping so half the time it shows 20 yards distance and half the time 130 yards

He says it can be tough to remember to tap after every hole, so not all of his shots in a round will be accurately tracked, but he still gets a large enough sample size from each club over the span of a couple rounds to start honing down on the distances he actually hits his clubs and get a better idea of what clubs he hits best, as well as how he plays certain holes on the course he has a membership at

It seems to be a great idea, I just haven't had a great deal of time to test it out, mainly due to the weather.

Thats when I pulled the plug!!!Great idea I would wait for Golf Game 2 or 3 or another like technology

That being said, this is a great idea for tech savvy golfers, high school and college golf clubs and teams, golfers with patient understanding spouses, or those who are willing to learn something new to add to their golfing experience

I'm not sure that it is as accurate as I like, but it helped me detect a distance problem before it was completely out of control

My stats will smooth out as i get more games put into my profile

My 50 included Colonial in Ft Worth, TPC Sawgrass, Pinehurst #2, as well as my several other trips - Great3

The device can hold up to nine rounds, but I'd recommend downloading each round as soon as you can unless you have a staggeringly good memory for every shot you played
