Couldn't find an easy way to connect this to my backpack and this works great.

If you are wanting a sturdy way to clip your Garmin to something then this works

I just got back from a 12-day trek in the mountains of New Mexico and I loved the way this clip allowed me to place my GPS wherever I wanted it on my backpack or my belt with no effort.

Has an integrated belt clip, so you can use it that way as well.

This clip works great while hiking as an easy way to keep the GPS close at hand and secure

right side up (wrong way for convenient use) from the large carabiner

The best way I've found to remove it is to gently lift the bottom part where it the tab on the black plastic rail clicks into the slot on the back of the GPS

so when you flipped it around it faced the right way

Garmin should have made the fabric for the clip pop-out on both sides of the clip to have this clip usable both ways

But, this product hangs the GPSr the wrong way in my opinion,

Way more convenient for frequent viewing than a pouch or pocket.

We are pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a way to be hands free with thier GPS.
