    Garmin epix

    • I cracked the screen on VA a year ago so could not swim with it
    • The screen is easy to see in the sun
    • However, I would have preferred the light intensity to be adjustable, such as on the 920xt, as the screen is too bright for my eyes in the dark
    • I don’t find the touch screen very useful for myself which is another aspect of the Epix I like is that you can do what you need with the buttons
    • Great battery life, amazing screen, fast charging, and REAL MAPS!
    • and we possess exponentially less useful data, but want to be mad at the company who made the tool that the consumer begged for, nit-picking about smooth screens, satellite acquisition times and new firmware woes
    • Great touch screen and very comfortable on the wrist
    • Great touch screen and very intuitive, fast, and great battery life
    • I recommend Boxwave clear screen protector as it's not decal kind and the touchscreen functions with no lagging.
    • The loaded maps can be zoomed and panned, making navigation by the small screen surprisingly easy and reliable
    • If long battery life isn't important, then you should consider an Apple Watch as the screen is significantly better
    • The screen froze once during a run
    • Lots of adaptable data screens.
