I've owned various fitness trackers and smartwatches over the past 5 years and this is hands down the best device I've ever owned.

Love the device

This is a cheap electronic device, in a fantastic outer shell.

and I enjoy it, keeps things simple, works seamlessly with my iphone, and now I can keep a close track of my activities and keep me motivated to go beyond my regular activities, I love the fact that it does not have touch screen, and the battery last much more that the other smart devices, the GPS is pretty accurate, I used in USA and in Colombia and works perfectly

If so then it's Garmin that failed to test popular phone devices for interoperability.

Absolutely amazing device

That said, it's not a perfect device, so here's what I've noticed so far after week of training runs and a half-marathon

However, the app supporting the device on mobile is much better than previous iterations.

Best fitness device I have bought to date

This would completely eliminate the need to carry any other device while working out.

Its a good device esp if you are keen in fitness, as well as sync your data to your phone.

I keep my watch pretty clean though, just so it doesn't slow my device down, but I haven't had any problems so far.

The functions are wonderful and realize you are getting a wearable device with great functionality, it is not a medical device or EKG so calm yourself if the HR is off on some days or your altitude function is a bit slow

Thus, it is very possible these devices are not yet compatible with the Garmin Connect Mobile App on the S8

But, the first few hours - brilliant sport device with the features that can be used out of sports
