It's disappointing that Garmin cannot be more specific about when a fix will be issued

I would think having the app sense the charger is connected and not count that time shouldn't be a difficult fix.

If you are looking to buy a new Garmin smart watch, keep the watch you have until the problem is fixed, or buy another brand.

Hopefully this glitch will be fixed in future software updates (which get pushed out regularly).Overall, I highly recommend it - especially if you can find it on sale

, that does not do what I paid it to do, and they can't tell me when the problem will be fixed

This should be a feature and an easy fix considering the watch is already tracking your distance
