If you properly clean your windshield, this mount will stay in place through thick and thin.

I got this attachment because the sticky mount that comes with the Garmin camera does not work well in hot conditions but the suction mounts works well

Since I want an option to use the camera in different vehicles, the mount is a little pricey but works as advised.

Holds as well as any suction mount I've used.

The mount performed very well and did not fall off.

I would recommend this suction cup mount.

My only complaint about the Garmin55 was the magnetic mount that comes with it

n’t stick to their windshield, make sure you clean your windshield good, and use a little alcohol pads to clean the area where you’re going to install the mount and trust me it will stay in place.
