It works, but the design is so brittle, I love Garmin products, but I found that it is cheaper and more efficient to just a good USB cable and have a decent charger and the connection between cable and device is sturdier.

Looks like only a Genuine Garmin Charger will work properly, if your Garmin device has a Traffic feature!
