I don;t enjoy writing bad reviews.

After reading the negative reviews saying this device is a complete failure makes me wonder if they just happened to get a unit that is broken

Why all the negative reviews

Cant imagine there are so many bad reviews for this product

I received mine free for a honest review and if I would have bought it, I would have returned it.

Then after a week or so, the connection issues lowered my review to 4 stars.

All the reviews about it being slow and losing service to your phone is inaccurate in my experience

I think there are alot of false reviews here

other reviews mention of low signal strength, but when driving away from home it delays connection because of phone switching from wifi to cell data.

So when I saw the Speak, I was initially intrigued but put off by the negative reviews

Highly recommend this product people who are giving bad reviews on this don't know what they're talking about

One last thing: The bad reviews for no spotify support are ticking me off as that is not Garmin's fault, please don't direct your anger towards Garmin for this, but to Spotify support

If your phone does not have good service then I understand why this can get bad reviews, but that's not this devices fault

Not sure why this thing gets bad reviews.

I think the bad reviews are from people who originally had very high expectations

I figured I might as well try it, despite the awful reviews

I decided to go for it and saw the box in case it was as awful as the reviews made it out to be

The bad - I asked to navigate to an address and said I had to manually input it in the Speak app
