After many days of communication with garmin customer support it has been determined that the camera is most likely defective since I have been unable to pair it with the fenix 2 after many attempts at troubleshooting with customer support.

I have owned Garmin GPS devices over the years and always found them to be durable, well designed and Garmin has great customer support

I like that it has voice control so you can be truly be hands-free, and the waterproof casing allows us to use this whenever we go to the water park

At first I was put off by the barrel distortion but selecting the option to correct lens distortion in both camera and video modes now give nice rectangular images without objectionable bowing

Even with the WIFI off it will only do about 20 - 30 minutes of time lapse

I also wish the delay feature was available on all of the time lapse settings rather than just extended.
