While the Garmin isn't bad, it does seem to over-estimate my "steps"

I had to completely reset the device, which caused some data loss, I hope Garmin continues to work the issues out

Second, Garmin has a ton of data on its website but no actual support or help or assistance -- at least nothing I've been able to find wading through the plethora of "information"

The Garmin is easy to use and works very well.

I lost my previous Garmin so had to replace it

Garmin, fix the clasp (why not use a watch clasp?) and improve the sleep monitoring, it'll make a big difference.

Garmin is happy to replace it but between the time I send the defective one back and receive the replace I'd be looking at close to a 30 day turn around.

My belief that Garmin has little or no respect for their customers is becoming reinforced.

My Garmin Vivofit2 Activity Tracker arrived in perfect condition and I absolutely love it.

Garmin won't give a refund so I can get a different activity tracker.

If tracking calories during workouts is a major need, then I would suggest getting the Vivofit with the HRM option, or if your budget allows, then perhaps one of the more accurate Garmin devices, also with the HRM.

Garmin has eliminated that problem by making the prongs curved rather than straight and adding a middle locking prong that twists to a perpendicular position inside the band.

I think it's accurate, and it is easy to sync with my mobile devises as well as by home computer.

This really bums me out as I was looking for a watch alternative to my Fitbit and the features looked great -- but I'm just too unhappy with the performance and am going to have to return it.
