I had no issues losing music into it, I use Google play music and just downloaded songs onto my computer then transferred them to the watch (more detailed directions on Garmin or various YouTube videos)

The heart rate sensor on the back of the face is pretty accurate, I love storing music on my watch and using while I run, so I don't have to carry my phone with me at all
