Button layout strange also doesn't have all the tv codes

First of all, it simply doesn't have enough buttons; it's missing the color bar buttons that are needed for some commands

The buttons did not work

During the last months some buttons not as responsive so we ended up using 2 remotes again

I bought 2 of these & neither could turn on my Yamaha receiver, so it wasn't just a bad button, but bad programming

Ate through my batteries within a week despite claiming that it has a feature to block battery usage if a button is inadvertently pressed (like if it falls between a seat cushion).

One huge complaint — the Back button is actually an Exit button,

It looks nice with soft blue lit keys and doesn't have a million unnecessary buttons like some other universal remotes

I guess).It controls the Menu, Play/Pause/FFWD/REW/STOP, and number buttons on my VCR

The glowing buttons really help her at night

Red led wouldn’t light and buttons did nothing !!!

But I do like the glow in the dark buttons.

The backlight is nice, buttons are well illuminated

the buttons feel mushy and it seems to be a bit slow as well.

The buttons are big enough as well

Also didnt have all the button options like other universal remotes.

Because I was cutting the cord (going to Roku streaming devices) from cable, and I wanted to make the switch from AT&T uVerse easy for me and my wife (we were spoiled by the supplied universal remote provided by AT&T), I purchased this remote to operate our TV's and Home Theater/Blu-Ray units.
