Awful game if you love the original Gears of War trilogy

well Gears of War was my favorite game until this load of crap can out

But if you like the REAL Gears of War game-style, you are going to hate it just as much as I do

Gears 2 introduced Horde Mode which was my favorite game mode to play online with friends.

But Gears, like any other shooter, has always been about the multiplayer

I have been an avid Gears fan since the beginning.

I absolutely loved Gears 1-3.

After you finish the first 6 Chapters, you unlock Aftermath, which is actually a cool Gears storyline where the characters battle through hostile territory to acquire a ship.

This disappoints me, because I have enjoyed all the Gears of War games.

If you're only going to pay 5-20 dollars for this game and you love the first 3 Gears of War, this game is amazing.

It seems watered down in many ways, from the inclusion of more generic multiplayer traits like class-based systems and large, uninspired maps to the exclusion of classic Gears of War staples like horde mode and a wide array of perfectly structured, small scale maps designed to promote bottleneck firefights in competitive modes, it lacks anything distinctive

Still, Judgment, even though it changes a few key things, offers a lot to die hard Gears

Hence the outrage from series fans: "it's Gears but not GEARS."Fans of the series should still get this game, but as the price drops over time

Judgment did teach me one thing, and that is to not pre-order games anymore, even such highly-praised titles as Gears.

with familiar controls its easy to get into the game and just play, really no need for a manual as the game didnt come with one (Digital Down Loads suck) but if your a seasoned GEARS Vet like me and my Wife are its fast and easy to pick up and go get some Grubs

Subjective, but for me not as crisp as Gears 3 (for example the Hammer of Dawn, absolutely does not carry the punch and melty flavor it had in previous games, you may even argue that it was better in Gears 2) Fun? Subjective, but for me palpably absent
