Excellent item works perfectly

I'd love to tell other 2012 Ford Focus owners what the procedure was for THAT model with the SYNC non-Nav system but given the amount of time I spent trying to FIND the procedure and all the nonworking suggestions I ran into along the way, I honestly don't remember what worked
