The handles finally broke off and I had to replace it.

Shortly after that the handle fell apart

The handles on the removable plates are a bit loose and wobbly and a screw or two may have fallen out (stripped) but the latches still work to hold them onto the heating surfaces

Someone broke the handle of the plastic lid where I would warm my hot dog buns,hamburger buns and even biscuits and the plates got worn out

Look great on the kitchen counter as well as it matches my stainless steel appliances.

When we got it, it had taken forever to heat up and wouldn't get nearly as hot as our old one we got in 2007 as a wedding gift.(different style) and now we just tried using it and it barely gets warm
