If the reed doesn't work, use another one until you find one that works, less than half the reeds are usable in any name brand

I did a test, I wiped the cleanest reed clear of debris and submerged it in 100% distilled water in a fresh sterile cup, after 24hrs you can see the resulting growth as a cloudy goop in the cup around the reed and it clearly says the brand "GLORY"The weekend before I started practicing, I was stuck in a hotel room doubled over with dry heaves and the feeling as if my gut had felt the impact of a wrecking ball

I had to buy a good mouth piece and good reeds, but that's a no brainer, I'm loving it and playing it a lot

Needs better MPC and soft reeds but beautiful after chops development amazing sound

The reeds are flimsy and have gotten a splinter on my lip from one of them.
