This is a great flash mount

Got this partially as solid mount for my image fulgurator, and I'm happy to say it works great!

I love this mount.

The Bowens S mount is great because there are so many more accessories available to use with it.

I like Godox products but this mount is a bit too plasticky.

shoe mount broke but also to have a nice even spread of light when using soft boxes or a beauty dish.

Also Bowen’s mount are more prolific and easier to find than just umbrella poles

This mount works perfectly for securely but gently holding a speed light flash so that one can attach a soft box or umbrella.
