Excellent - works as advertised Very functional.

The mount works great for holding flash units of any manufacture.

The Bowens mount works well with Bowens attachments

Love this thing, works perfect and replaces the metal (heavy) ones I was using that always seemed to come loose and move in the middle of shoot, which is very frustrating.

This is very good to hold the Flash the only problem is very hard to move it up in down, but the rest is very nice work.

This one slows me down while working because the top fastener screw (that lowers the holder thing onto your speedlight) is not smooth or quick

These work great also with the godox softboxes
