You can carry over your characters if you have a save from the first game and this is the only way to get the best summons in the game

Now first off I would like to state that I have already beaten the game and attained EVERY item and EVERY djinn as well as EVERY multi-elemental summons

You can also only obtain the last two SUPER summons if you collect all 72 djinn

The summons are unbelievable

The different Psynergies are cool, the summons are excellent, and the plot is original

The number of hidden secrets is incredible, ranging from optional superbosses to top-notch summons to weapons dropped only by monsters

also, the new multi-elemental summons, some of which you must defeat a game boss in order to get (and some of them are pretty tough)

in this one you can combine different elemental dijin for even greater summons

he is humongous, can set all your Djinn on recovery, and has a special summon of his own, Ruin Crash.i've played this game 4 times and won it twice (2 save files i'm just trying to level up for fun on)

Plus there's a bonus level, where if you get all of the Djinni in the game, you'll get to learn some great new summons, and they're really powerful

Not only is there the progressively interesting psynergy, and not only are there releases from various weapons, and not only are there the djinn, collected over the course of the game, with their own, unique releases, but there are also the spectacular summons and combo summons (introduced in The Lost Age) that can be used with stand-by djinn, which, alone, puts these games ahead by leaps and bounds in terms of graphics, over any other game for the system.

Then they brought out a second one which had the best summons out there

The advantages: phynergy (magic) is more than attack and you can't beat the game with out it, and the summons are the best in the business.
