You can set priority devices for streaming, sort of a manual QoS, setup family devices and manually pause them if desired, as well as setup schedules and safe search, which blocks access to websites with adult content

Setup was super easy ( literally anyone that can follow pictures and or read can perform this install/ setup) with the Google Home App.

The initial setup was bumpy

Setup was super easy; you connect one unit via ethernet to your modem and install with the app then place the 2nd one where you want it and install that one through the same app

After all of that "easy" setup, the system works great.

the overall install was NOT very difficult especially after I FIRST Read the key reviews pointing out the top connection issues i.e. setup with 2 routers and having them daisy chained for initial setup then after success you can disconnect the daisy chain and move to another location.

Setup is OK but broken into two apps in a confusing way: Google Wifi and Google Home

Setup was very straightforward - I did have to reset two cameras one one Echo dot but the Google router handled the rest with zero issues

I liked the setup, but the experience was finicky at best

At first I was concerned about this product because of some of the reviews posted about difficult setup

*does* support wired backhaul between two router units so if you’re fortunate to live in a home where you can run ethernet between the two units then this is an amazing setup

Setup was great, and the app is intuitive and easy to use

I almost gave it 3 stars, but the product simply works really well once setup and is easily managed along with all my other google devices and hue lights thru a single app.

TV’s that were hard wired now ran perfectly fine on Wifi.
