I can finally leave for months at a time with no one calling me for tech support!Contrary to the Nest wifi points sold at other retailers, the double router package has a larger range and a bonus ethernet port out port but no built in speaker/google assistant

I plugged my laptop via cat5 into the router and tried the tech support chat but due to covid the wait time was to long

Returned a competitor brand given that it would not connect and tech support not helpful.

Tech support is non-existent, but with the way Google made these units, one does not need it at all

After (4) hours of troubleshooting with Google Tech Support I eventually had to take the Google Nest WiFi Routers offline and recreate my Network from scratch using only the Google WiFi points.

TV’s that were hard wired now ran perfectly fine on Wifi.
