    • This was worked around by using a cat 6 Ethernet cable which was less than ideal, but overall, an improvement over my modem/router combined device which dropped connection to everything simultaneously several times a day
    • I know that this device has helped us stream and connect our multiple devices to our WiFi simultaneously with more success and less issues than we had before, so for that reason I love it and am giving it 5 stars

    • I've hard wired most internet capable devices in our home (a few smart TVs, 5 4MP IP cameras on direct to disk recording, 2 PCs, 3 laptops, printer, 3 tablets, 3 Roku's, Xbox one s, Vivint home security system and smart devices, and I'll stop there) but still there were likely up to 20-25 WiFi devices connected at once

    • no more buffering, my 12 devices work great and my amazon echo linked smart home is awesome
    • Without this feature (which is standard in ALL routers), the device is worthless to me. -
    • Also, I couldn't find a WPS button for easy connections to compatible devices, which could be a problem if you own devices that connect exclusively using that protocol.

    • Luckily I had my son set it up for me because when I ordered it, I did not realize that a smart phone or similar device was necessary to communicate with it.
    • If you just need fast wireless connection and won't be using LAN this is a great device but if you plan on using this as main router to wired/wireless devices I would be cautious.
    • EDIT: customer support promptly RMA'd the device when I emailed them, although their over the phone support is not great

    • So far, no resets, full speed as tested by FIOS tech, and it has been able to support the various WiFi devices in the house simultaneously with no noticeable lag.
    • I don't really test the max speed - since the devices we use are more limiting than the router's speed capabilities.
    • Original Review: This has a great range and works well with my computers and smartphones but dumber devices like my Brother printer and Wemo light switch can't seem to stay connected or have a really slow connection
    • My device worked out of the box and slowly decayed.
    • WiFi reception in the home is much stronger than with the previous D-Link 655 it replaced (D-Link 655 WiFi radio failed after 4 1/2 years of about 16 hours operation every day).
