I bought this to replace my old router after it broke and the support line told me I'd have to PAY THEM money to support their own product.

Tech support don’t know the product well enough to trouble shoot and correct issues.

If you weren't going to support this product outside the US, TP-Link, you shouldn't have allowed Amazon to sell it to me.

I also know that it is the product that is faulty, as my backup router works perfectly fine at excellent speed (50x this product) when I use it in the exact same place

Clearly this product has a hardware defect as I have seen many similar reviews when digging deeper on the internet.

The product worked great as expected.

WiFi reception in the home is much stronger than with the previous D-Link 655 it replaced (D-Link 655 WiFi radio failed after 4 1/2 years of about 16 hours operation every day).
