This time I have spent 1 hr+ on the phone with tech support again, and no help

Tech support was terrible and so was this router

Powerful, and tech support is AWESOME.

Tech support don’t know the product well enough to trouble shoot and correct issues.

Last thing to do is reset the router and go through the whole process again which I will do while I wait for tech support to respond to my email

I was super exited that I didn't have to contact tech support 3 and 4 times to get the router up and running

I called tech support, got an RMA and sent the router back to tp-

, I wasted over 16 hours on the phone with the Tech people in india, and then had a difficult time getting a refund for the $120 they wanted up front for tech support, in case the router problems were not related to hardware but software on my system.

So after all the trouble shooting I knew how to do, it was time to call tech support

Finally have spent over 10 hours with their tech support now they say it will be days or weeks before they can replace itI definitely would not buy another Google product

Although it was plugged into a surge protector, their tech support told me it WAS NOT covered by the warranty

Tech support made me call in three times to only tell me I had to jump through hoops to get a replacement

the router"...it doesn't take any techy to know that is what you do before calling tech support.

After over an hour dealing with one of their tech support agents who obviously was a level 1 support rep as she knew very little about networking or their own products, I just gave up and hung up.
